 Lemons are native to asia and are hybrid between two fruits:-

1). A sour orange,

2). A Citron.

#1). The most common types are Eureka lemon, Meyer lemon, and Lisbon lemon. As a citrus fruit, lemons are rich in Vitamin C. One lemon contain 51% of the recommended daily amount of Vtamin C.

#2). Lemon trees can live up to 100 years, and produce up to 600 pounds of lemons every year. That's because they produce fruit year round. The leaves of lemon trees are sometimes used to make tea.

#3). Most of the United States lemons production happens in California and Arizona.

But the world's largest producers of lemons are China, India, Brazil, Mexico, and, Argentina.
